Write a friend email about a bad experience in a shop like a you've got in a store for example: you bought something and when you got home it was broken and you went back to that store and the seller does not want to get your money back and after you talk with the manager...please repede

I recentul ordered from ebay a phone from China, but when i opened the package i realised that the screen sas broken. so i decided to send back the phone.
Recently i received an email from ebay that descrubes that it was the shipper's fault, and they don't intend to change the product.
My advice is not to but from this seller.
