In order to be healthy you should also exercise and take care of your mentall health.It is as simple as it sounds, take care of yourself by eating healthy, doing sport and making sure you feel comfortable and quite peacefull.So go for a jog when you have free time, be careful of what you are eating and be sure to make some time to enjoy yourself!
