Watching too much TV.
There are a lot of reasons people choose to watch TV, some do it to be informed about what's happening in the world with news, or to watch different shows for entertainment. But just because watching TV is fun, it doesn't mean you should watch it all the time. Watching TV for more than 2 hours a day isn't good for your health and also your brain. People that watch too much TV often don't exercise and eat unhealthy snacks, which might make them fat. It may also ruin your vocabulary and makes you antisocial. In conclusion, watching a lot of TV is not recommended for your life.
