When the lion was asleep, a little mouse began running up and down upon him. He woke up and he catched the mouse, wanting to swallow him.
The little mouse cried and asked forgiveness, saying that he could maybe be helpful one day.
The lion laughed at what the mouse said and he let him go.
Few days later, the lion got caught by hunters. He was tied up to a tree. Soon, the little mouse happened pass by. He saw the lion and gnawed away the ropes.
The moral is that "Little friends may prove great friends.”
