As soon as i saw the handwriting on the evelope i smiled. My favorite friend sent me a note! I was so excited to open it up and maybe respond, but exactly when i was about to open it i heard my mom calling me. She told me to do my chores before so i could play faster. I tried to tell her that i wanted to open the envelope first , but she kept insisting. I was a little dissapointed, but i agreed in the end. All day i was only thinking about the letter and what will my friend say. I was already trying to make answers , imagining what the question was. While i did the dishes i couldnt focus on making them really clean because i was only thinking about my friend. After i swept the house i rushed upstairs to the letter and opened it. It was about a sleepover! I was so excited to read it and i didnt know where to start. My friend also told me about the places they visited in the summer break and i couldnt wait to finish the letter and answer it back. After around 20 minutes i finally finished it and went to the post office. Today was a really nice day and i cant wait to meet my friend!
