Δ = m² -4 ( m -1 ) = m² - 4m  + 4 = ( m -2 ) Â² =0 daca  m =2 

min f = - Î” /4a =  -1 
Δ =4a 
m² - 4m + 4 = 4·1 
m² - 4m =0           â‡’   m (  m -4 ) =0     ; m=0           ; m =4
