i am trying to have a healthy diet, but it's kind of hard. i try to avoid unhealthy food such as: chips, chicken wings, soda etc. it's hard to give up on all those tasty foods but i want to have a healthier lifestyle so that is my only option. i never avoid any vegetables they seemed bad at first but now they are slightly better. i eat only soup, potatoes, vegetables, and sometimes meat or some cookies.
