1. To make more time for exercise, you must arrange your schedule well and make a program.
2. Use an app/daily notes to write down what to eat. Remember to motivate yourself to stay healthy and not eat junk food!
3. Turn on a limit, and choose hobbies, like reading, riding a bike and more. Choose your favorite book and remember your eyes can be damaged
4. Walk your dog, go shopping, go to stores and parks. Make sure to find a reason to go out, or just go out for a walk in the fresh air
5. Find YouTube channels that have fitness videos, find things to watch so you can workout, and make sure to sometimes lift heavy things and do sports at home
6. It would be an amazing choice to completely give up on junk food. A small fry or a bit of a chocolate won't damage, but it would be great to give up.
7. Take hot baths and drink milk, listen to calming music and do not play on your phone or be close to a screen 2 hour before sleeping. Make a schedule
8. Find a community/friends that are in the same situation. Work out with family, and with people, and workout with them!
