x × y = ( x -3 ) · (  y -3 )  + 5 
1×2 = ( 1- 3 )· ( 2 -3 ) + 5 =  2 +5 = 7 
( 1×2 ) ×3 = 7 × 3 = ( 7 -3 ) · ( 3- 3 ) + 5 = 5
