Introduction
Eating is something that every human being does every day and is a time where everyone is taking a break from their activities to enjoy a happy session together with their loved ones and also "recharge their batteries"
Body
Firstly, trought history people developed many kinds of dishes from basic to exquisite ones and this shows our evolution not only on the technological side but on the gastronomical one aswell.
Secondly, I like to try out many kinds of foods, from healthly to sometimes unhealty ones, but I usually eat anything because Im not a picky eater.
Furthermore, I ve observed that people with a good looking body structure eat mostly vegetables and fruits but also fish and cooked meat for proteins and people with health issues eat things like fast foods and soda which is very unhealthy.
Conclusion
To sum up, I think that the food that we eat is very important for our body and for our health because everything we eat becomes a part of us thats why we are what we eat.
