Folosim "Couldn't" când vrem să spunem că Eu nu as putea/Tu nu ai putea/ El nu ar putea/Ea nu ar putea
ex.Este tot acelaşi ca şi la could dar înlocuim "could" ----> "couldn't"
Folosim "may" când vrem să spunem "Eu pot/Tu poţi/El poate/Ea poate. Exemplele sunt aceleaşi cu "can"
Folosim "may not" când vrem să spunem "Eu nu pot/Tu nu poţi/El nu poate/Ea nu poate". Exemplele sunt aceleaşi cu "can't"
"Might" şi "Might not" are aceleaşi exemple ca şi la "could" şi "couldn't"
