Must este folosit pentru a exprima obligativitatea in timp ce mustn`t este folosit pentru a exprima interdictia.

ex. You must do your homework every day.

     You mustn`t sleep in the clasroom.

Should este folosit pentru a da un sfat, pentru a face o recomandare.

ex. You should try to get some sleep; it is very late, and you have a lot of work to do tomorrow.
