Last summer, the Simpson family went (go) on a camping holiday in Spain. They ______(Take) their granny with them too. She was Mr. Simpson’s mother. And ____(camp) in different very beatiful places. One night. They camped in a lovely campsite in the mountains, about 50km from the nearest town. But when they ______(wake up) the next morning, Granny was dead. “We’d better drive back to the last town” said Mr. Simpson. “We must report it to the police”, he said. “What ______(we do) whit Granny” , asked Karen. “we can’t put her in the car whit us. I ______ (not get into the car whit her.)” “Neither am Il _______ (stay )here”, said Jane. “Don’t make such a fuss. It’s all right. We’ __________(put) her in the boot” said dad
So,they _______(put) Granny in the boot and _____(drive) back to the town. Theroad was very bad and a it ______(take) them about three hours to reach the town. They ____ (find) the police station. None of Simpson family ______(Speak) much Spanish. Mrs. Simpson spoke a little and the police in the little twon _______(not speak) mach English. “Oh, dear! This ____(be difficult.)” Saidmum. There ______ (be) a lot of forms to fill in. they ______ (look up) a lot of words in theirdictionaries and the police looked up a lot of words in their. At last, after about two hours, the policeman said “Right. That’s finished. Now, where is the body, please? We must see the body before we can sigh the certificate.” They all _____ (go) outside to show the policeman the body. “Where’s the car?” asked Karen. “It’s gone!” said mum, “It’s been stolen!” said dad. They all _______ (look) astonished. But there was no car. And no Granny, of course.

I won't get in the car with her” “Neither am I gonna stay here”, said Jane. “Don’t make such a fuss. It’s all right. We’ will put her in the boot” said dad .

So,they did put  Granny in the boot and drove back back to the town. The road was very bad and it took them about three hours to reach the town. They found the police station. None of Simpson family spoke much Spanish. Mrs. Simpson spoke a little and the police in the little town didn't speak much English. “Oh, dear! This is difficult ” Said mum.
