My friend Alex competed in a race when he was 13 years old. It was a running race, so he needed to be very fast and clever. Alex won the race and got a medal. It was an amazing experience for him!
I know a colleague who plays handbal . In order to do that sport ,he has to have the strenght to throw and know how to catch a ball that somehow the other team has . She must be vigilant and not let herself be hit by handballs.
