Fruit and vegetables are more than important for our body and mind. You eat healthy, you become healthy. Vegetables are a very common ingredient for soups, salads and other kind of dishes that you probably eat daily. Even though some children don't like vegetables in food, they're very healthy and an important factor for us when it comes to growing and evolving.
