Cambridge e un oras istoric, aflat la circa 80 km nord de Londra, casa a celebrei universitati cu acelasi nume, unul dintre cele mai cunoscute locuri de invatamant din intreaga lume. Orasul a fost fondat in 1209 iar studentii universitatii constituie aproape 20% din populatia de 123.000 de locuitori. Dupa ce faci turul universitatii, vei dori sa faci o plimbare cu barca pe River Cam, sa vizitezi muzeul Fitzwilliam, cu multe lui colectii de antichitati, sau sa faci o plimbare pe Mathematical Bridge, podul despre care se spune ca o mai frumos decat cele din Venetia.

Cambridge is an historical city, about 80 km north from London, house of the prestigous university whit the same name, one of the worlds best-known learning places. The city was founded in 1209 and nearly 20% of it's 123.000 inhabitants are the university students. After you do the university tour, you will want to take a boat ride on River Cam, to visit the Fitzwilliam museum, whit it's many collections of antiquities, or to go take a stroll on Mathematical Bridge, the bridge which is said to be more beautiful then the venices bridges.
