Hi  Jim.

I have bad/good news. I spilled my coffee on the laptop you lent me. It's a mess.

I will try to get it fixed, but the service dude told me that there are slim chances of getting it in shape. The good news: they said I might be able to recover the informations on the hard drive. I'll get them on an USB Stick.

Let's hook up today so I can pass it to you and let's talk how I can make it up to you.
