folosesti formula (a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2

9x^2-6x+1+4x^2+4x+1-(27x^3+9x^2+3x-9x^2-3x-1)=13x^2-2x+2-(27x^3-1)=13x^2-2x+2-27x^3+1= -27x^3+13x^2-2x+3
