It was a cold night. I was reading a book in my room when I heard a starnge noise coming from my basement. I thought it was nothing, until I heard it again. I wanted to check where the came from but I was too scared, so I called Anna, my friend. She was always brave and decided to help me.
When she arrived, we went straight to the basement. We opened the door and expected to see something creepy. In fact, what we saw wasn't creepy at all! It was just an old lost cat who wanted to escape my basement! It entered by mistake!
We were so relived! I thanked Anna and went back to my reading. It was a very intense night!
