Yes,I indeed wish to help volunteering at this kind of event.I would try helping them by :getting them water,food and more supplies,I would try to help by getting the victim into a safe place or simply using a first aid medkit to wound their injuries.
Even though it may be dangerous and I personally don't see myself to do so and I hope there will be no victims or deaths in a natural disaster and so, I wish that natural disasters would not hit.If you think you can do it,then I will encourage you to do so!
