I think the whale could be a very good ruler for this world. The people try to create organizations, the NGOs work in order to find peaceful solutions for this world. But the world needs a leader like the whale. This could establish the peace and teach the people how to behave well in order not to hurt the other people. Also this shows to the people that the size or position in the society is not important. The important thing is the will of being good in relations with the others.
