-x^2 -12x + 19 = 0  => delta = 12^2 + 4*19 = 144 + 76 = 220 = 11*4*5
x1 = (12 + 4*rad55)/2 = 6 +2*rad55
x2 = 6 -2*rad55
3)  |x - 2y| + (x - 2)^2 = 0
  (x - 2)^2 = 0  =>  x - 2 = 0  =>  x = 2
   |x - 2y| = 0   => x - 2y = 0 =>  2 - 2y = 0 => y = 1
