a) As the importer, write a letter of complaint to the exporter saying that the ordered goods have not arrived yet, although the deadline for delivery has already expired.

Good evening!
Sorry to bother you but the ordered goods have not arrived yet even through ( through posibil sa fie scris gresit ) the deadline was last week
I am waiting for a respons from you because i need to give these goods to my customers
