I think the main way to learn a new language is to constantly read what you're passionate about. Reading is a very pleasurable hobby, whose major role is to help you learn new words. Besides, another important thing to do in order to be able to speak in the language you want, is to start writing stories or poems.. whatever you like so you can memorize easily and in a fun and simple way
