Present simple is using to say that something is usually happening like habits
ex : I drive to school everyday
you can also use present simple to say that somethink is true , that means that if that thing is true , it'll be true and it was true.
ex : The Earth spins around the Sun

Present continuous is used to say that somethink is in progress , like an action.
ex : I am eating now . Be careful the present continuous is used to say that something happens at a very right moment .
You can also use when you say you have a job which is permantly .
ex : I am working in a bank .
!!!When someone says : Look ! you have to use present continuous.
ex : Look ! She is singing , don't make noise.
Present perfect
It is usually used for experience , You cannont use present perfect with specific time ' Yesterday , when i was a child , a week ago , last year " . You can use present perfect with these time terms - In the last year , today , since , for . before , yet , already
For experience
ex : I've ( have) been to England twice
I've never eaten a deer meat.
Nu am mancat niciodats carne de cerb
I've already eaten.
Have ever eaten a Austrian cake ?
Present perfect continuous
You can use to say that you were doing something in the past and you still doing that thing now .
ex : I have been working in the car industry since 1998.
