Grading system:
USA and UK - they use alphabet letters when grading. The possible grades are A,B,C,D,F; A being the highest grade, and F, the lowest. In tests, they use percentages from 0% to 100%
Moldova - we use arabic numbers from 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest.
School days:
USA - they learn 180 days per year, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. typically, They start school in August and finish it in June
UK - they have 195 school days each year, 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. Their term starts in September and ends in July
Moldova - We learn from Monday to Friday, and we have a longer summer break - the school year starts in september and ends in june
USA : the lessons are 52 minutes long. Pupils usually have 5,6 or 7 lessons and havr two long breaks,after the second and the fourth lesson
UK : lessons are 40 minute long. Pupils have 6, 7 or 8 lessons and their longest breaks, are after the third and the fifth lesson
Moldova: Lessons are 45 minutes long. Pupils have between 5 and 7 lessons and the breaks depend on the school. Usually, though, the longest break is after 4th lesson.
