b) (3x+1)/12 = 15/18      3x + 1 = 10  x = 3
c) (3x+1)/18 = 15/12    3x+1 = 22,5  3x = 21,5    x = 21,5/3 = 215/30 = 43/6
3x + 1 = 22,5     22,5/18 = 225/180 = 25/20= 5/4 = 15/12
