Write a letter in wich you should complain about the poor service that you recived when you stayed at a hotel from Italy . You should complain about the room service, the staff and about your view in 150 words.

This weekend I went to Italy. There, I checked in a 3 star hotel. When I tried to talk with the receptionist was very clumsy and impolite. First he gave me a wrong room, where somebody else was staying. When I entered my right room, it was untidy and the view was very unplesant: a boring factory. I ordered the lunch, but they gave me the wrong order. The next day I left, I don't recommend that hotel!
