I dissagree with the quote because a community can party hard in its way and also dance but it can be a calm community and also a comunity may not like to partying too much or dance too much,it could be a very acttive community or not just that but you can't judge a community just beacuse how it parties, or if you do judge after that, you are going to judge it wrong. A community has its history,habits and embarrasing moments behind it.It doesn't matter whether its about partying or dancing,or about how calm and atractive it is.
