If I was the principal of a high school I would probably organize more events like excursions .This not only that will improve the relation between students, but also will create great memories and will learn students more useful information about the places they visit. I also think that the uniform is not really necesary. I would allow students to dress how they like, but decent of course. I think this is a way in which students can express their personality and they create their own style and keep the originality.
I will create an organization for interested children, to take extra classes of language. I think this will improve their knowledge.
