We all have habits of a lifetime. Some are good and some are bad, but they are ours. We ussually need to take control over the bad habits in order for them to take control over us.
Usual habits like smoking or drinking are the ones we can break. Because they are something physical and we can stop them before they stop our life.
Other habits that could be broken are trust issues or not trusting someone at all.
Sometimes people betray your trust many times so you stop being soo naive or when you can t trust someone life makes you understand that you need to let people in , in order to be trusted.
