Considering surgical operations, the plastics and beauty, I do not think it is pointless these operations because everyone is beautiful in its own way and we must "take pride" body and our person, because others' opinions matter but yours. If someone offends you, do not put the soul are just jealous. You're a much better and beautiful than the other. You have something "special". So basically, I disagree with those operations that do not really make sense.
