= [ (x+3)/(x+1)(x-2)+2/(x+1)+1/(x-2)]  × (x²-2x-x+2)/4x=
= ( x+3+2x-4+x+1)/(x+1)(x-2)  × (x-2)(x-1)/4x= = 4x/(x+1)  × (x-1)/4x= = (x -1)/ (x+1)
 
E(-3)= (-3-1)/(-3+1)=(-4)/(-2)=2
