x,(y) = (xy - x) / 9 = (10x+y-x) / 9 = (9x+y) / 9 ;
(x+y) / 3 = (9x+y) / 9
9x+9y = 27x+3y
9y-3y = 27x-9x
     6y = 18x | :6                        
       y = 3x  
Perechile de numere x si y sunt:
=> (x;y) = {(1;3) ; (2;3) ; (3;9) }
