Sam shouldn't have shut all the windows. Sam ought to have left some windows open. Sam shouldn't have left Jack's mother a note. Sam oughtn't to have left Jack's mother a note. Jack ought to have borrowed his brother's leather jacket; he would never know. Sam should've had a mobile phone. Jack ought to have taken his father's mobile phone.
