f(x) = ( x - 1 - 1 +  1) / ( x -2)  =  ( x -2  + 1) / ( x +2) = 
       =  ( x - 2) /( x -2)   + 1 / ( x -2) 
       = 1    +    1 / ( x -2) 
       a = 1   si   b = 1
