Cum e corect? She HAS BORROWED a book from the library last month,but she hasn't returned it back sau she BORROWED a book from the library last month but she hasn't returned it back..?

She borrowed a book last month, but she hasn't returned it back.

Cu expresii de timp precizate: last year, last month, last week, yesterday, a year ago, two days ago, etc - se foloseste simple past tense.
