a) 5x + 3(x-6)=7x + 13
b) 6x + 4 ( x-8) = 9x + 21

=> 5x+3x-7x = 13 +18 
=> x = 31

b) 6x + 4x- 32= 9x+21
   => 6x+4x - 9x = 21 +32 
   =>x = 53
