-Well, it's not very big, but it is bigger than our old house. It has three bedrooms: one for me and mom, one for you and one for your smaller sister. We will paint the walls in your room any colour you want.

Hi dad! I want to say that I love this new house... But it is a bit too big, it has 8 rooms... don't u think we could maybe trim it down?
Oh son don't be stupid... we can't cut off a part of the house :)... although it would be a pretty nice idea to make a few rooms depository's for clothes and such.
I think we should paint it red!
