From my point of view, a confortable room is one where I feel good. On one hand i need something confortable for sitting, a sofa or an armchair. Another thing that i need is a TV or a computer because without these this room could be a bore room. On the other hand, for a confortable room i need some food and some drinks and i would probably choose a mini-fridge. All in all this is how a confortable room looks like for me.
