xy + x = 2y + 4 
x( y +1) = 2( y + 2)    = ( -2) [- ( y +2)] 
                               sau
x , y ∈ Z 
daca       x= y + 2 
               y + 1 = 2         ; y =1 
                                   x = 3 

daca  x = - y - 2 
          y + 1 = -2        ; y =  - 3 
                                  x = -(-3) - 2 = 3 - 2 = 1
