4x²-4x+y²-4y+5=0
(4x²-4x+1)+(y²-4y+4)=0
(2x-1)²+(y-2)²=0

inseamna ca:
(2x-1)²=0 si  (y-2)²=0

drept urmare:
2x-1=0
2x=1
x=1/2=0.5

y-2=0
y=2
